Ron's sweater. I started this sweater in either 1997 or 1998 after my yarn tour of Europe, as Ron calls it. The pattern was in Swedish and I had to use Knitting Languages by Margaret Heathman that had been published the year prior. It was a huge help. More help came from some other Ravelry users who helped me translate a few things that I couldn't figure out. This sweater got put on the back burner for awhile until I finally finished it in time to put under the Christmas tree in 2010. Here is the post at the old blog site.
Three hats for Patty's guys. These were a quick knit for the men in my sister's life. The pattern was a Subtle Twist Hat. I really like the pattern and it was an easy pattern that would be great for beginning knitters. You can read the blog post here.
I made this baby sweater for a friend in NY a few years ago when she was expecting her second daughter. The patter is Baby Surprise Jacket by Elizabeth Zimmermann. It was a fun project and I now have an adult surprise jacket on my very long project To Do list. Knit in Cascade Superwash Paints, Tropical Punch.
